Refund policy

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform HOLA AMOR ESTUDIOS (help@holaamorestudios.com ) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g.  by email). 

(1) If the customer fully withdraws from the contract, HOLA AMOR ESTUDIOS will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day the returned goods are received. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

(2) HOLA AMOR ESTUDIOS reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected. The goods must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.

(3) The customer must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date they received their order. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

(4) The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods unless the return is due to incorrect or defective goods.

(5) The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the handling of the goods goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

(6) For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned and refunded.
