This return and exchange policy applies to all purchases made through the holaamorestudios.com website. Read below for details
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your returns** will be accepted within 30 days of receiving it.
** Please note that earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Please return the items in their original package.
We do not offer return labels. Return shipping cost are carried by the customer.
As soon as we have processed your return we will issue a refund.
Please pack the items adequately so that they won't break or get lost.
Necklaces that arrive completely tangled will not be accepted and sent back to you.
Please make sure to put them back in the foam holder just like you received it.
Refunds are processed once a week.
REPAIR
If it happens that something you bought from Hola Amor Estudios brakes or simply is too short/long we can repair it or adjust its length accordingly. Just email us at help@holaamorestudios.com with the with the subject "ORDER NUMBER" followed by "repair/adjustment" and specify what needs to be changed.
